Rodeo Park, at 2904 Rodeo Park Drive East, near the intersections
of St. Francis Drive and Rodeo Road, consists of four single story
office condominiums built in the distinctive architectural stye
that SF Brown created for the South Park development. The sleek,
spacious buildings with pitched metal roofs include nearly 30,000
square feet of space. Owners include a dental practice, a local
marketing company and bioresearch firm.
Three stately office buildings at 2905 Rodeo Park Drive East,
near the intersection of Rodeo Road and St. Francis Drive, house
a same-day surgery center and medical practice (18,000 square feet),
the Judicial Information Division of the Supreme Court of New Mexico
(20,000 square feet) and the states Department of Environment
(14,000 square feet). Construction has begun on a new 12,000 square
foot building that will be occupied by the New Mexico Commission
for the Blind and a Santa Fe dental practice. SF Brown created a
plan for the site that allows flexibility in determining size and
placement of each building based on market demands.
