Overview
South Park, at 2055 South Pacheco Street, includes six single-story, free-standing office buildings, totaling approximately 31,000 square feet. Begun in March, 1997, the project was completed and fully leased by July, 1998. The design of the buildings, which are long and sleek with pitched metal roofs, represents an innovative and handsome departure from stereotypical Pueblo-style architecture. Tenants include 2 medical practices and three state government offices.
